How long does it take to go from Sugar Loaf to Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil?

Travelling from Sugar Loaf to Corcovado Mountain does not take much time.

When you finish visiting Sugar Loaf you will be at the street level at cable car Station 1 at Urca neighborhood. From there to the Corcovado Train Station (from where you take the train to the summit of Corcovado Mountain), it is a 15-minute taxi ride. If you chose to take the van instead of the train, add additional seven minutes to the van shuttle stand, which is located after the Corcovado Train Station.

There is no direct bus from Sugar Loaf to Corcovado neither there is a subway line. There is no bike lane either between both landmarks. Walking is feasible but partially uninteresting. Bottom line, the best way to go from Sugar Loaf to Corcovado Train Station is by taxi.
