The entrance cost to Sugar Loaf in Rio de Janeiro is the cable car round-trip ticket price. Once you buy the ticket to the cable cars, you have full access to the whole Sugar Loaf complex, which includes Sugar Loaf and Urca Hill (Urca Hill is the hill right before getting to Sugar Loaf).

P.S. You can’t buy a ticket from the ground station directly to Sugar Loaf. You need to buy a full round-trip ticket. In other words, you take two cable cars: the first one to Urca Hill, then from Urca Hill you take another cable car to Sugar Loaf. To come down to ground level (where you previously bought the ticket), you need to take the same cable cars (using the same round-trip ticket).
