You don’t need to figure out how to move from site to site; I have done the thinking for you. The itinerary has been tested countless times and was built to avoid traffic and hassle. You will see a lot in little time, and still save money.
On a taxi
As Rio is big and many attractions are far from each other with no direct connection by bus or subway, the best way to move around is by taxi. As most taxi drivers don’t speak foreign languages, a translated itinerary in Brazilian Portuguese is included in the chapter, in a way that you just need to present the itinerary for him to follow along the day. Taxi in Rio de Janeiro is reasonably cheap, especially if you are two to four to share the costs.
