There are basically a couple of transportation options to get to Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Take the subway for about 20 minutes, get off at Largo do Machado Metro Station, then take a city bus for about 15 minutes, then get off at the Corcovado Train Station from where you can buy the cog-wheel train round-trip ticket to the statue.

Transportation Option 2.

Take the subway for about 20 minutes, get off at Largo do Machado Metro Station, skip the bus and instead walk for about 30 to 40 minutes until the Corcovado Train Station, then buy your ticket, and board the very next train available.

Transportation Option 3.

Take a 20- to 30-minute taxi to the Corcovado Train Station, then buy the ticket to the next train available that will take you to Christ the Redeemer statue.
